For those who have already registered via the government app, just wait for the announcement of the results. As for the special group without smartphones, they are currently waiting for the meeting resolution, after which the government will announce the registration timeline.

It was reported that the meeting will conclude the payment method, which will consider whether to pay a lump sum of 10,000 baht or divide it into 2 rounds of 5,000 baht, and whether to receive it in cash or a digital wallet. We have to wait for the conclusion from the committee. Mr. Chulaphan Amornvivat, Deputy Minister of Finance, confirmed that the government will definitely move forward. Missed group, 10,000 baht, Phase 1

As for the progress of the vulnerable group, the 10,000 baht in the first phase, which was transferred in the first round on October 21, it was found that the transfer has not been completed for more than 64,892 people, divided into more than 5,000 disabled people and almost 60,000 people who are state welfare cardholders.

The Ministry of Finance has reminded that there will be another re-transfer on November 21, 2024 and December 19, 2024. Those who have not yet received the 10,000 baht due to problems with not linking the PromptPay account with the national ID number, the account has not been active, the bank account has been closed, and the bank account number is incorrect. This number includes the case of state welfare cardholders who have a disabled ID card but the disabled ID card has expired and has not yet renewed the card, to hurry up and complete the process. Because if the third re-transfer deadline has passed, the payment to the target group will stop and it will be considered that the target group does not wish to receive money under the project.
