The mother of a child actor filed a complaint with the Crime Suppression Division after the case of being assaulted by a senior student at school did not progress.

Mrs. Katrina said that today she brought her son to file a complaint about the assault case against a senior friend. Three months have passed and the case has not progressed. On the day of the incident, the younger brother went into the school bathroom. The senior came to clear things up and challenged him to a fight, but her son refused because he had just had an accident and had to remove the cast on his leg. However, after that, he was punched in the face more than ten times. At the time of the incident, there were about 10 people cheering him on in the bathroom, but no one stopped him. They recorded a video clip and released it. This incident caused her son to have an injury to his mouth, requiring 14 stitches, and he was unable to go to the drama. Therefore, he had to pay a fine of 150,000 baht to compensate for the damages he could not go to the drama.
Ms. Katrina said that the Pak Chong Police Station said that they were following up on the case. It has been 3 months since the incident, but there has been no progress. The school dismissed the senior student involved in the incident because he had already been reprimanded twice because the senior student had become a school bully and liked to pick fights with other people. The other 10 students who were also involved in the incident did not receive any punishment. As for compensation for the damages, the family of the other party said that if they wanted compensation, they should sue.
The 14-year-old child actor admitted that before this, he and the senior had a problem and clashed with each other before, and had argued and fought. Then on the day of the incident, the senior invited him to clear his mind in the bathroom, not knowing that there were other people in the bathroom, until the incident happened. He admitted that he punched the senior back, but he couldn't fight back because his leg was hurt.
